Frontend Developer (WordPress)

Remote (U.S.) · Contract-to-Hire · Full-Time Opportunity

About Engineering at Ronik

Ronik designs and builds enterprise platforms, digital experiences, and brand systems for media, technology, and mission-driven organizations. We work end-to-end—from strategy and design through engineering and long-term platform stewardship—helping clients launch new initiatives, modernize legacy systems, and create digital products that drive engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Our team supports organizations including NBCUniversal, GE HealthCare, and JFK Terminal 4, building and maintaining platforms that power complex content ecosystems, large audiences, and mission-critical business programs. As a small, senior team, we collaborate closely across disciplines, giving every developer meaningful ownership over the platforms they help build, maintain, and evolve.

The Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Web Developer with strong WordPress experience to join our team and help build and maintain the digital platforms our clients rely on every day.

This role combines hands-on development with ongoing platform support. You’ll work across both new builds and existing production sites—helping implement features, resolve issues, and keep complex platforms running smoothly over time.

You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, project management, and design teams, as well as company leadership to translate strategy and design into reliable, high-quality builds. Developers at Ronik have meaningful ownership over the platforms they work on and play a direct role in the long-term success of our clients’ digital ecosystems.

This position begins as a contract role with the potential to transition to full-time.

If you’re excited about the work but don’t meet every single requirement, we still highly encourage you to apply.
